Justin Ruff

Biography

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Justin Ruff ‘s interest in acting emerged during his freshman year while studying at Hofstra University. After auditioning for his first play and landing the lead role in “Zooman And The Sign” (written by Charles Fuller), Justin began to take acting serious and devoted his time into developing an acting technique.

He moved back to Washington, DC and began studying at the Woolly Mammoth Theater. He also took up private lessons with acting coach Vera Katz who has taught many professional actors including Phylicia Rashad, Jeffrey Wright, and Anthony Anderson.

Since his move to Los Angeles, CA, Justin has appeared in several independent films such as “Another Kind Of Valor” and “Becoming Michael”. He has also appeared in commercials for “Nike” and “Rhapsody”. Justin continues to hone his craft in the master class at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio in Hollywood, CA.
